Halloween: in this gal’s opinion, the best holiday out of the year. Last year I celebrated by binging scary movies, dressing up in a fabulous costume, and going to Tivoli’s “Monster’s Night out”. I tried to include my friends in all activities, but only managed to convince Willow, Anne, and Cole to watch the 1990’s version of “IT”.
Yesterday I saw Willow to the airport where she boarded the flight to Italy to visit with some of her friends. As much as I love her, she’s not especially enthralled visiting museums and gardens.
Even people that don’t celebrate Christmas are aware that a tree is generally decorated and displayed in homes, shopping centers, and public venues.
In general, while I like looking at runway trends, they don’t completely dominate my wardrobe. That being said, occasionally what’s trendy and my personal aesthetic tastes more or less match up. The spring and summer collections for this year just happened to fall into that category, featuring lots of feminine, flowing pieces adorned with floral prints.
With St. Patrick’s day just one week away, I thought I’d go ahead and offer my top three styling tips, for those that want to avoid a pinch on the day itself.
