Mimosa Makeovers

Like so many other people across the globe, I’m currently staying home, trying to flatten the curve and slow the spread of covid-19 so hospitals don’t get overwhelmed with a big spike all at once.  Some people are handling it better than others; introverts, like yours truly, are just fine keeping occupied. Others…not so much. 

In an attempt to return to some semblance of normality for my more extroverted friends who are missing social engagements, we had virtual video brunch earlier today.  We each cooked what we intended to eat and quite a few people had mimosas, I won’t name names.

As people got tipsy, I may or may not have suggested we do makeovers - Nomi is excellent with makeup, having over a year behind a MAC makeup counter as she was putting herself through school. She was happy to give everyone step-by-step instructions while helping Anne with her makeup.

Obviously, not everyone had access to the same products, but for the most part, I think we managed.

I think our first place award for best Mimosa Makeover has to go to Team Eve. Yes, that’s right, Cole had Eve do his makeup. I think the red lipstick really brings out his beard:
