Life Update

I’m glad that I spent that weekend on the beach, it was a nice way to keep my mind off of everything and, lately, I’ve been suffering from major “busy brain”.

Today, I thought I’d go ahead and regale you with a less-than stellar update. I wasn’t going to say anything, but you’re going to be seeing some major changes here on the blog and I thought I’d go ahead and give you a heads up.

In my last post, I mentioned Cole travelling for work for a full week. This was partially true. Yes, he was travelling for a week, and yes, it was related to work…work he’s hoping to get.

The company he was working for has downsized and he was one of the unlucky folks put up on the chopping block. If he doesn’t get this position, he’s decided he’s going to start a freelancing company and work for himself. Personally, freelancing makes me nervous, but well, it is what it is.

Unfortunately, it means we’re going to have to move into a smaller space until we can get everything sorted and, at the moment, we’re packing! You’ll see things switch around a bit on here, and I’m sorry in advance for it.
